Amity Fire District to Host Annual Pancake Breakfast and Car Show

Event Details
The Amity Fire District will hold its annual Pancake Breakfast and Antique Car Show on Sunday, July 28, 2019, from 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Amity City Park. The event will feature a delicious pancake breakfast, an antique car show with vehicles from before 1980, and plenty of activities for the whole family.
Pancake Breakfast
The Pancake Breakfast will be served from 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Guests can enjoy all-you-can-eat pancakes, sausage, eggs, and coffee for a nominal fee. Proceeds from the breakfast will benefit the Amity Fire District.
Antique Car Show
The Antique Car Show will feature a wide variety of classic cars from before 1980. The show will be held in the shady trees of Amity City Park, providing a picturesque backdrop for the historic vehicles.
Other Activities
In addition to the pancake breakfast and antique car show, the event will also offer a variety of other activities, including:

- Children's games
- Raffle prizes
Event History
The Amity Pancake Breakfast and Antique Car Show has been a local tradition for many years. The event was originally organized by the Valley Women's Club, who staged it for 58 years. When the club began to dwindle in membership, the Amity Fire District stepped in to continue the beloved event.
