Manchester City have retained the Premier League title following a thrilling 3-1 victory over West Ham - inspired by a brace from Erling Haaland.
The visitors opened the scoring through Jack Grealish in the first half, but Jarrod Bowen levelled before half-time.
However Haaland, who now has 25 goals in his debut Premier League campaign, put City back ahead with a fine finish and then made sure of the points with a late penalty.
The victory ensures that City finish the season one point ahead of Liverpool, who beat Wolves 3-1 on the final day.
It is the fifth Premier League title for City and the fourth in the last five seasons under Pep Guardiola.
The result also means that West Ham finish the season in seventh place, just missing out on a place in next season's Europa Conference League.
